Intro to Role

Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role for ambitious generalists who want to see how a high-growth startup is built from the inside out.

What Will You Do

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Assist in investor relations, including preparing fundraising decks and financial models.
• Drive special projects across product, operations, and marketing functions.
• Prepare strategic memos, meeting briefs, and presentations for the founders.
• Coordinate high-level meetings and follow up on key action items.
• Analyze internal data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Act as a force multiplier for the founders by handling critical ad-hoc tasks.

What You Will Bring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a chaotic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top-tier institution.
