Lead our moonshot projects. You will foster a culture of innovation, lead rapid experimentation squads, and validate bold new ideas that could shape the future of the company.
What Will You Do
- Lead a cross-functional squad to explore and prototype new product ideas.
- Design and run rapid experiments to validate hypotheses cheaply and quickly.
- Foster an innovation-driven culture and mentor team members.
- Collaborate directly with founders to identify and execute on strategic bets.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact.
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP release.
- Pivot or kill projects fast based on data and market validation.
What You Will Bring
- Track record of launching 0-to-1 products or startups.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
