Intro to Role

Assist in driving business growth through identifying new prospects, conducting outreach, and scheduling meetings. You will play a crucial role in building the sales funnel and supporting the BDM in closing high-value deals.

What Will You Do

• Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
• Assist in preparing customized sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
• Maintain and update the client database and sales records in the CRM system accurately.
• Support sales managers in closing deals by scheduling meetings and following up with prospects.
• Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure they meet the target customer profile.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights to the sales team.

What You Will Bring

• Freshers with strong potential or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a successful career in B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• High energy level and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.

Good to Have

• Previous internship or work experience in a sales role.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
• Familiarity with the SaaS or Travel Tech industry.
