Intro to Role

We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint in the travel technology sector. You will be the face of Flymode, identifying new market opportunities, leading the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and maximizing revenue.

What Will You Do

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the travel and hospitality sectors, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored ERP solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitive threats in the travel tech space.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral based on market feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the SaaS or Travel industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

  • Experience in the Travel Agency or Tour Operator industry.
  • Network of existing contacts in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and cloud-based software architectures.
