Intro to Role

Bridge the gap between sales and product. You will lead technical discovery, build custom demonstrations, and provide technical expertise to prospective clients to help close complex deals.

What Will You Do

• Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand client pain points and technical requirements.
• Customize and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with accuracy.
• Assist the sales team in answering technical questions and overcoming technical objections.
• Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on new features and roadmap.
• Build proof-of-concept (POC) environments for potential high-value clients.
• Provide feedback from the field to the product team to influence future development.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Pre-sales, Sales Engineering, or Support.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to engage audiences.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders simply.
• Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and B2B enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet during demos.
• Technical background or ability to learn new software quickly.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Good to Have

• Experience in the Travel or Hospitality technology sector.
• Background in software development or implementation.
• Knowledge of API integrations and cloud infrastructure.
