Intro to Role

Be on the ground. You will meet potential clients face-to-face, build relationships in your territory, and close deals by demonstrating the value of Flymode's solutions directly to decision-makers.

What Will You Do

  • Visit potential clients in assigned territories to present Flymode's solutions.
  • Build and expand a strong professional network within the region.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from the field.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at local industry events and trade shows.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing and inside sales teams.

What You Will Bring

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Persistence, resilience, and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Previous experience in field sales or direct selling roles.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with strangers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable).

Good to Have

  • Experience selling into the travel, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Established network of business owners in the region.
  • Proficiency in local languages.
